Pure Fiction But We Wish It Was Real: M is for Mystic Warlords of Ka’a

Have you ever been watching a movie or a show and seen the characters playing a game that you’d like to try?

All-the -time!

There’s a game they play in Firefly with fruit on the playing cards that was nothing but still I wish it was a real game that could be played. Games in science fiction and fantasy, as I mentioned before is full of games of chess and games with chess themes. So imagine my surprise when I was watching The Big Bang Theory’s “The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary” episode and they had a tournament of Mystic Warlords of Ka’a.

It was a typically funny episode, of course, and we’ll miss Big Bang when it’s gone but its humor, friendship themes, and games will live one.

That’s right, Mystic Warlords of Ka’a the fantasy card game from The Big Bang Theory is real!  It’s a virtual online CCG playable via Facebook.
